These childhood friends who later became sweethearts tied the knot in an elegant and festive NYE celebration! I was thrilled with the idea of planning a NYE wedding! The bride and I instantly connected with our similar taste in style, which made the planning process that much more enjoyable. We started the evening at the charming St. Martin’s Catholic Church and during the service twenty of the groom’s closest friends (and Lehigh University Choir alumni) sang an a cappella version of “Ave Maria.” It was beautiful and had most of the guests in tears. After the ceremony, guests lined-up outside of the church to help the couple kick-off the evening with a magnificent sparkler exit! The Colonnade Room at the Fairmont Hotel was the perfect setting for a winter-white NYE reception. The wedding was an elegant, black tie, winter-white soiree, with a touch of metallic, a mercury mirror head table and custom bar, lots of candlelight and lush white flowers, and pops of details hinting at the couples’ fun personalities. And at the stroke of midnight, guests showered the newlyweds with confetti and lots of cheer! It was such a pleasure ringing in the New Year with this fun couple. Natalie
