A formal affair at the National Museum of Women in the Arts with gorgeous summer blooms and soft drapery set the soft and romantic mood Jill and Mike were hoping for. Amazing florals were the highlight of the day: bright bouquets, a garland-adorned huppah, an ombre floral escort card display, and finally the show-stopping head table with a beautiful, lush floral runner. The personalized “Schmoopy” signs on the bride & groom chair backs added a whimsical touch that fit the couple’s sense of humor. Jill and Mike’s Jewish heritage and faith played such a strong role in the wedding day, incorporating almost all the important formalities and traditions in both the ceremony and reception. They also had a rabbi marry them from the synagogue where they met. Jill and Mike were so at ease on their wedding day, it was clear to everyone they were incredibly in love and ready to begin life as husband and wife. It was a joy to help these two celebrate such a special love. Enjoy these lovely photos by Abby Grace, and their feature on MODWedding.
