Lally & Kyle were married in August at Bluemont Vineyards. This couple quickly became more than clients to Pam and the wedding was one to remember! You will be seeing it in publication real soon.
Tell us a little about your wedding style? It’s hard to put a label on what our wedding style was. I would describe our wedding as Southern chic. We had a lot of preppy elements like bow ties, gold stripes and polka dots- but also very romantic flowers and soft touches throughout.
Favorite detail of your wedding? Seeing every little detail (and there were a lot of them!) put together to create one cohesive design. My favorite details are in the wedding stationary! We were able to have our dogs put on the response envelopes ‘carrying’ the stamp and on the napkins at the reception in their bow ties. The gold foiling and hand illustrated flower motif set the tone for the day. We even carried out the monogram and incorporated it into several other details!
My husband’s favorite detail was the gentlemen’s lounge- complete with cigars in a humidor, an antique ash tray, custom matches and a decorative deer with gold glittered antlers!
Most memorable part of your wedding day? The day was such a magical whirlwind- but there was a moment at dinner with my now husband as we sat and reminded each other to breathe and soak in every second.. we loved having all of the people we love and care about in one place.
Why did you choose Atrendy for your wedding planner? I did a lot of research for planners in the area, but I knew from the first time I went to the Atrendy website that I had met my match. Their wedding style matched exactly with what I was envisioning for our wedding. I looked at their portfolio and was impressed with the amount of detail that each wedding had.
We interviewed several planners, but after my first conversation with Pam, I knew we had found the right fit! She was so enthusiastic and made me feel more excited about our wedding- something I didn’t even think was possible! Pam always made herself available even before I was officially a client. She even answered some of my questions while she was on vacation- now that’s dedication!
