“Planning a wedding is like coloring when your 4: There is no right or wrong way to do it. And everyone will love it because they love you!”

Last Thursday was a great turn out at Josephine for our cocktail party. So many friendly faces were there to simply have a good time. The party was filled with people who love what they do for a living and it was a pleasure to be in their company. There’s no doubt that we can have a blast with our industry friends. Thank you all for coming and supporting us and each other. What a great way to bring summer to a close and gear up for all of our Fall events. I’m excited to share these photos with all of you, brought to you by Juan Carlos from Fotobriceno who really out did himself this time. He is truly a brilliant photographer! Enjoy these photos and our swanky end of summer cocktail party!
A huge thank you to Jamie & Laura who hosted the event with me!
Nick Perez with Multiflor did a phenomenal job with the flowers for the event! They were absolutely perfect!
Kelly Jenkins from Capital Decor and Events is, well, one of the most creative people I know. Thank you for helping us make our dessert displays have a little extra French flare to them!
Fun damask dessert signage on Kelly’s gold display. Occasions Catering rocked our party! Joel and his staff were a real joy to work with.
Kelly had a great idea to display cupcakes on these fun chairs.
Kendall with Kendall’s Cakes really went out of her way with the cupcakes. She baked 5 different flavors including red velvet & coconut. Thanks so much Kendall!
One of my favorite things at our party was the live artist, Patty with Patricia Rice Studio
We all took a second to sing “Happy Birthday” to Kelly Jenkins with Captial Decor. Thanks for starting your celebration with us Kelly!
Macaroons were from Lara at Fluffy Thoughts. I even had some people tell me they ate them for breakfast the next day. They were so delicious!
A special thank you to Saima with Saima Says. Who kick started our party with a beautiful save the dates and invitations.
And Marc Parc, we all love valet at a good party:)
~Merci!
A little extra touch never hurts on a wedding day especially when it focuses on the gorgeous bride:) Check out these stunning handmade vintage wraps, just gorgeous! They are from Etsy seller Bonzie
Can you even ask for a better couple, Calli & Dan were amazing to work with. I loved getting to know them and their families throughout the planning process. It was a very traditional Jewish wedding with A LOT of colorful flair. They were defiantly not shy when it came to making a creative statement with their wedding. Long dinner tables were decorated with cumquat’s, oranges, raspberries, strawberries, red & orange peppers, limes…you name it! Calli’s enthusiasm for her wedding was defiantly contagious. I’m sorry it came and went so quickly. I could have planned this wedding over and over again. It was so much fun. Take a look…
Their love was electric.

I hope my blog will show this and you will enjoy seeing how special these weddings truly are. It’s been well worth the wait to get my blog up and running. I couldn’t have done it without a few people, so a huge “THANK YOU” goes out to Sam from unripefruit.com and Heather from Heather Bianchi Design. I will always be grateful for what you’ve done for me.
I hope you have fun looking at my blog and get inspired!!! ENJOY.
